The details went straight to Jimenez Julien, who publishes HOACovenant and answers this mailbox himself. Nothing was passed to a call center and nobody will add you to a drip sequence.

Expect a reply within one business day, and usually the same evening if you wrote during the week. The reply will suggest two times for a 25 minute walkthrough, both after normal working hours, because that is when most boards are free.

To make the call useful, have three things nearby: your recorded declaration or rules document, the lot count on your roster, and one violation your board is currently arguing about. We will cite a real article from your own document during the demonstration rather than showing a made up community.
